The photo below was sent to me by Jennifer Middleton. It's of the peace celebrations after WW 1, in 1919. The war memorial that stands there today (bering the name of my own great grandfather) isn't in this picture.

Both the photos below were loaned to me by Pat Ward of Kiveton. Unfortunately they were undated but I'd have a guess that they were taken circa 1930 - if you can date them definitively then let me know! The war memorial to the fallen of WW 1 is visible in the Conyers photo, so it must be post 1919.

The same shot in Nov 2001...pity the big house on the far corner got demolished.
