In July 2006 the steam rally was just outside Anston (it was rained off in 2007 due to the infamous floods of that July). It's run by the Sheffield Steam and Vintage Club and started out with steam traction engines only, but now includes vintage tractors, trucks, Indian, BSA, Triumph, Norton motorcycles, Morris Cars, etc. An excellent weekend event with a fairground for the kids.
